Players Club Rewards Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Q: How do I join PBKC's Player Club Rewards (PCR)? Is it free?
A: PCR membership is free. Pick up a Registration form at the track and fill it out. You can sign up any day at the Information Centers on the 1 st & 2 nd Floor and in the Paddock - during live racing at Palm Beach Kennel Club.
Q: How does the PCR work?
A: Once enrolled, you'll receive you PCR card. This is your passport to club benefits. Swipe your card at Teller windows or Self-Serve machine every time you wager. At the Self-Serve, you will need to insert a bet voucher before you swipe. You will see a “welcome player” once you've swiped properly.
Q: How do I know how many points I've earned?
A: You may check your points at the Information Centers on the lst and 2 nd Floor. You can also check at the Self-Serve Kiosks at the south-end each floor and in the Paddock Restaurant.
Q: When are my points credited to my account?
A: All points for the day's wagering will be credited by the next morning.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: You may redeem your points and select a reward at the Information Centers or Self-Serve Kiosks. Information Centers are staffed during live performances. Self-Serve Kiosks can be used anytime. Coupons will be printed for your reward of choice.
Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?
A: Please stop by the Information Centers to receive a new card. Your accumulated points and any privileges will be transferred to your new account. Your old card will be deactivated.
Q: Does using the card slow down the wagering process?
A: No, it only takes a second to swipe the card and automatically record your wagers.
Q: What if I lose a Reward coupon?
A: Just visit the Information Centers and staff will cancel the lost comp and re-issue a new coupon.
Q: What if I have a problem or dispute with points, comps, etc.?
A: If the Information staff cannot answer your question- you should ask for the Publicity Manager on Duty or visit the Publicity Office on the lst floor.
